I like numbers, hate injustice
In his @60Mins interview, Dr Dewi Evans dismisses the findings of Dr Shoo Lee's expert panel as "about as weak a group of opinions that I've ever seen." At Letby's first trial, Evans was singing a different tune about Lee's credentials & research, referring to his 1989 paper on…
I was genuinely shocked when LJ Thirlwall chose to ignore a group of highly respected professionals last year after a letter that @PeterElston1 and I wrote to her last year co-signed by many eminent statisticians, scientists and doctors. The letter we wrote was unprecedented in…
The Thirlwall Inquiry on Monday published a report detailing a total expenditure over the latest financial year of £13 million. thirlwall.public-inquiry.uk/wp-content/upl…
Well done Stef. Well done Svilena. This needs to ‘go big’ #LucyLetby
Steph, these are some very serious allegations. I am presuming you have evidence to back these up or otherwise you wouldn’t have risked your reputation by making this statement? If so, this needs an IOPC referral now and public exposure if they fail to act. I am happy to support…
And that’s not the only thing I could report about them. There’s also: -Defamation -Abuse of process -Data protection breaches -Theft of personal property -Perjury -Perverting the course of justice -Tampering with evidence -Breaching Reg 15 of the Police Conduct Regs 👀
What I find hardest to fathom abt @cjsnowdon and the other #lucyletby haters is why, given they know jurors have 100s of times wrongly convicted, and in LL case there are so many credible experts who hv come forward, they wd not wnt case ref'd if it was a close relative of theirs
If there were one initiative I wish could be expanded nationally, it is the work of the Ockenden Inquiry. Imagine a standing panel where families could request truly independent reviews of care, chaired by someone respected and trusted and such a system being accessible by all…
My pleasure at the thought of the at-some-point-to-be-made TV drama and people not being able to believe what they are watching is negated and more by the thought of the lives of innocent people destroyed by the w@nker Countess and “expert” doctors #lucyletby
If you take the time to read Phil’s PE articles, it’s clear he is thoroughly up to date with this case and fully aware of the repeated breaches of honesty and integrity involved. He absolutely has both the knowledge and the right to call this out. Perhaps if you’re not up to…
If Lucy Letby is innocent, as I believe she is, her conviction is not just a grave miscarriage of justice. The case highlights how we must analyse failures in neonatal care and put them right to save babies lives. I discussed this today on @TimesRadio👇🏻 youtu.be/HzpnzWEsyJ8?fe…
New blog: I've been reading the transcripts of the Lucy Letby Baby P case. It's an incredible case; it is difficult to surmise just how much is wrong with it. Some key points: * _Three_ witnesses in the room when the supposed attack took place. * No evidence of air at the time…
Referring to ALL of the cases, Evans clearly and unambiguously states 'They were NOT requiring huge amounts of oxygen. They were NOT REQUIRING BREATHING SUPPORT.' That, surely, directly contradicts what was in the clinical records of several of the babies?
Can Dewi Evans be charged with perjury? He's contradicted his own evidence given under oath so many times.
Re- 60 minutes Australia, this is the message I sent to one of the producers this morning: Hi, I have watched your program now three times and I really can’t believe what I’m hearing. You are classed as a documentary but clearly it is not a documentary because in a documentary…
You know I think Professor David Wilson must have had a private bet on whether he could talk more crap in this documentary [?] than Dewi Evans. He may well have won - you be the judge. Here's his contribution: Presenter: Is there something in this case that is a slam dunk for…
Dewi Evans quotes from 60 Minutes Australia broadcast today: Evans: She was stalking these babies, looking for an opportunity to kill them. Evans: Lucy Letby harmed babies in a number of ways. She harmed babies by injecting air via syringe into the bloodstream. She harmed other…
Attached is a column I sent to Professor Peter Hindmarsh, who is the insulin expert for the prosecution, citing the views of Dr Svilena Dimitrova , Professor Alan Wayne Jones and Dr Adel Ismail I wrote; Please find attached statements from expert witnesses instructed by…
We witnessed the last of Wilson’s credibility being flushed down the toilet in that programme 💩 🚽

I’ve been desperate to dive into one of the cases in particular that, imo, hasn’t been given much attention. I finally found some time to write about it, hopefully will finish soon. I’ve been going over and over the transcripts for this baby and I think what I’ve found is…
@MaryKnight44067 seems unable to think of reasons for a victim of a miscarriage of justice to use a “publicist” except to influence the courts. And she thinks it should be banned. Well, Ms Knight obviously isn’t following the case, or reading only the Ladybird book version of it.…
