It’s a good day when Howlin’ Wolf is transmitted over the airwaves.
Just finished. This is one of the finest books that I have read in a while. Though this moving memoir does not deal with such themes, many of you will appreciate the fact that Sheldon Vanauken was an advisor and frequent contributor to Southern Partisan Magazine. Sublime writing!
