Lovely afternoon in the sunshine at 'Little Fest' in Old Moat Park.😎 Lots of local families and residents enjoying all the fun and activities organised by the great team at Old Moat Youth Outreach Project. Great to have the fire engine there from Withington Fire Station too.

Good street surgery this morning on Rudheath Avenue/Saltney Avenue/Hassall Avenue with @JeffSmithetc and our local councillors. Lots of casework picked up to action, and plenty of conversations with our residents about local issues that we can help and assist with in Old Moat.

The appalling scenes in Gaza are unrelenting. The UK will pull every lever we have to get food and lifesaving support to Palestinians, and we will evacuate children who need urgent medical assistance. This humanitarian catastrophe must end.

The horrors of the last 21 months have turned Gaza to rubble and dust, an unprecedented humanitarian crisis before our eyes We’ve long called for the right for a legally recognised Palestinian State. Ahead of the UN conference next week. Now is that moment. The UK Govt must act.
