I left @OfficialPDPNig because I believe in internal democracy and merit-based leadership, but unfortunately, the party's recent decisions show a growing disregard for those values.
I, Abba Jidda, along with my supporters, hereby resign from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) with immediate effect. We thank the party for the time we spent together and wish it well in its future endeavors. Our next political steps will be communicated soon.
Politics has been deeply unfair to @atiku. He has consistently conducted himself with fairness and decency, yet it seems the dishonest and untrustworthy always find a way to get ahead. It's disheartening, but we move. It is well.
If @KwankwasoRM accepts money from the APC to mislead the people about Tinubu, he will not enjoy that money in good health, God willing. Insha'Allah.
It was the North (Arewa) that helped bring Bola Tinubu to power in 2023, so it's unlikely they would unite against him in 2027 simply because he's from the South. His failure has been massive.
Abba and Kwankwaso sold themselves to Tinubu. Unethical people are shameless. I will say it again and again, Kwankwaso is manipulating you guys to achieve his political agenda.
Kwankwaso joining APC isn’t strategy it’s betrayal. His movement was built on opposing APC, and switching sides risks his credibility. Supporters won’t blindly follow, and APC loyalists won’t easily accept him. It weakens his base, not expanding it.
Kwankwaso will not lose a single Kwankwasiya member because he decamps to APC. Why would he when there are two options involved. Firstly, if he happens to be on the ticket, then that’s an absolute win for all Kwankwasiya members and we will vote for him massively. Secondly, if…

If @atiku flies the ADC flag and Obidients pick Tinubu over him, that’s their choice, but Obi won’t win. After Tinubu, power returns to the North. We either work together or we all lose, and Obi loses the most.
I can support and campaign for Peter Obi if the coalition picks him as the presidential candidate, this is the same energy we expect from obidients if Atiku or any other candidate from the coalition gets the ticket!
