With the #CramFire at 73% containment and the threat to communities and critical infrastructure lower, we've released some of the task forces. Our Green IMT is helping with the transition to a new team today, and will be headed home tomorrow morning. We can't thank them enough.

FIRE LINE PHOTOS: Crews continue making progress on the #CramFire. 95,769 acres in size. Firefighters focused on the southern edge Friday, while lines on the west held strong despite red flag conditions. Cooler temps and higher humidity are expected to help crews.




Our incident information blog, osfminfo.org, is updated with the latest on the #CramFire. The fire is 94,293 acres and a community meeting will be held tonight at 5:30 at Jefferson County Middle School.

🔥 Cram Fire Update 🔥 - 28,635 acres - A High Desert Type 3 team from Eastern Oregon is now in unified command with @OSFM Green team to manage this fire. - Todays priority is structure and scout for possible containment line opportunities in steep and roadless country
We are mobilizing two task forces through Immediate Response to Lakeview to provide resources for a fire burning east of town. The task forces are from Clatsop and Marion counties and are being reassigned from the Elk Fire. READ MORE: osfminfo.org #wildfire #Oregon
CONFLAGRATION: We're mobilizing our Blue Incident Management Team and two structural task forces to the Highland Fire south of Prineville. One task force was sent earlier today from Immediate Response. Follow @CentralORFire for more info.
