This girl is really a doctor who starts next week as an obstetrics and gynecologist resident physician. 6 years ago, I didn’t think I would be down this path, let alone working as a doctor. Life really can change so drastically if you believe it can. Like wow.

Our first time flying together and of all places it’s to our homeland JAMAICA! The stars finally aligned and got to fly with my friend of over 25 years. Seems like yesterday we were sitting in the 3rd grade in Jamaica dreaming of being pilots. DREAM BIG! #jamaicanpilots

sometimes i don’t know what to say but thank you God.

so so blessed. when I think about where’s was this time last year and where I am now I cannot help but to feel so humbled by the strength God has given to me to be in this moment. the suffering really does make the victory sweeter.
