In 2023, Apple switched back from Lightning to the 30-pin connector on the iPhone 15 series after the EU Commission chose that as the common charger standard for all electronic devices. #AlternateTimelineApple

There's nothing stopping me from getting a bunch of these hubs and daisy chaining them and stacking them on top of each other. Nothing except the USB host controller. And maybe my wallet.

In iOS, iPadOS, and macOS 26, Apple introduces epigenetic age verification in compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2025. When downloading apps with mature content, users can provide a blood sample from which age can be calculated. #AlternateTimelineApple

It's so great to see AAA game studios finally take Mac gaming seriously with the PowerPC release of Cyberpunk 2077, although it probably needs a little more optimisation because the 5-second input lag makes it a little difficult to play.
Upgraded from a 2017 iMac (i5-7500) to an M4 Mac Mini and wow, I wish I put seat belts on my desk chair because I wasn't prepared for the speed jump.

Just tested macOS 26 Tahoe dev. beta 2 (25A5295e) and the situation is the same as dev. beta 1. FireWire is not supported, the iPod 4th gen (mono) and Mini 1st gen do not sync, and the Music app cannot be used to manage tracks that are already on iPods, iPhones, or iPads.

I tested every generation of iPod with macOS Tahoe dev. beta 1 so you don't have to.
Just realised something. The Switch 2 can support standard USB mouse input for specific titles. My iPod has been modified to act as a standard USB mouse through Click Wheel inputs. Hmm... 🤔
Welp, Bluetooth on my 2012 MacBook Pro is completely nonfunctional unless I'm connected to the Internet for some reason. It's like they added Denuvo DRM to Bluetooth or something...
