Following my meeting with the Foreign Secretary, I have sent a letter to the Prime Minister ahead of Indian Prime Minister Modi's visit to the UK. I have urged the Prime Minister to raise the case of my constituent, Jagtar Singh Johal, who remains arbitrarily detained in India.

Actually, we know the answer to this, because repayment of loans has to be reported to the Electoral Commission. So, assuming the SNP is up to date with its disclosures, the £60k loan remains outstanding. The SNP still owes that money to Peter Murrell.
