Rock and Roll Mercenary I write action-heavy adventure tales. Secret president of Mistcreek Publishing #Pulprev https://www.amazon.com/stores/author/B08D36ZR5D
The worst Spidey story is the one where Marvel took a dump on Parker and unwrote his marriage.
What’s the worst spiderman story ever?
My next protagonist is a guy dressed as a greaser for Halloween who gets isekai’d 😂
I hand painted the cover for Rock and Roll Mercenaries. If you like it? Awesome. If you hate it? Sorry? 🤷♂️
share a piece of art lore about yourself
Sounds like something @wastelandJD, @Dutch_Agent, or I would write anyway.
That combo is peak. Gotta write a greaser with a laser gun now...
Great review thread of Misha Burnett's Dracoheim Confidential!
Reading through @MishaBurnett's Dracoheim Confidential, 1 story a night. I've enjoyed Erik Rugar's stories since Bad Dreams & Broken Hearts, but Magus Vetch has been a breath of fresh air. A magical professor that's the mentor most men wish they had.
Oh, yes. I did change my pfp. Sorry for any confusion.
Incidentally, the Painkiller is faster than a laser bullet.
I am not an engineer, so my science is definitely fictitious. My editor gives me a hard time for trying to use "laser bullet"

Science fiction is fantasy, except, often, as written by engineers. That’s why the technology is over-explained. Engineers who write fantasy tend to over-think the magic.
Orky nonsense is the true science fiction.
Today, I choose violence. If all the science in your science fiction is correct, then you're not writing science fiction.
Poor Geezer Butler sitting there writing the bluntest possible morality tales into pop songs spending decades trying to explain the obvious to people
"You can be Christian and like Black Sabbath"
Imagine living in a country where publishers and bookstores want to sell books to everyone. Men and women. What would it look like?

Worse, science fiction is a warning against the type of people who write science fiction.
Sci-fi’s essential purpose is warning. Fantasy’s essential purpose is reminding.
Working on editing Rok Cousins with my boys (they wrote the characters and story, and I penned their insane idea). It's bonkers, but not that far removed from stuff that is 100% mine😂

And MAYBE the last Raven Mistcreek book. MAYBE. I want to get that one right, and it's in line behind the rest of these.
