The amount of DfE updates that come out at the END of term or DURING holidays is outrageous. Every year it's so frustrating. Feeling it even more now that I'm going into a headship. Keeping up is tough. Is it deliberate? Thoughtless? Incompetence? Some are invevitable, sure.

Ah, so the final week at my school is upon me. Never would have guessed that this summer term would see me planning for a primary headship. As excited as I am, it's going to be an emotional final week at my school as deputy head. Gulp. Here goes!
