Happening now: Hotel Africana Kampala Permanent Secretary Ben Kumumanya has officially opened the one-day meeting for Deputy Chief Administrative Officers, Deputy City Town Clerks, and City Division Town Clerks.

Mr. Charles Ocici, the ED @EntUganda engaged the officers on financial independence beyond salary; challenging Public Officers to exit their comfort zones, to save, invest and build systems to ensure a comfortable retirement.
