Great footage Tim - thanks for sharing.
Probably make some of ya'll Eagles fans mad but thought this clip was cool from 1983 of Tom Landry taking a ride on a B-17. He was a B-17 pilot during WWII. Btw the Redskins one the super bowl that year ( 😯 ) .🤘😎
Never thought we would see this again....
Where else are you going to find a simulated intercept of an Me 262 by a P-51 on a Wednesday afternoon other than at #OSH25?! . #me262 #p51 #warbird #aviation #ww2

It’s been a busy weekend of 8th Air Force commemorations. Yesterday I went to Horningsea to unveil a memorial to 78th FG pilot James Farmer who was tragically killed on 19 July 1945. Today I gave an address at a fantastic event honouring the 65th General Hospital at Redgrave.
A very high quality dramatisation of the story...
“A Higher Calling.” This is a true story. They met up later in life, and became great friends.

Better late than never. Our B-25 Mitchell recently completed its first engine run-up and taxi for the season.
Epic low-level footage of B24 Liberators. Op Tidal Wave? Find out more about the mission to strike the Romanian oilfields in our podcast. Thanks for sharing Tim.
Some cool shots of B-24 Liberators taking low flying to the next level. No description or title in archives so I'm not sure what event this was. Hopefully, one of ya'll will use your avgeek skills to identify the bush type or something and help provide context.🫡
The ferocity of this attack is obvious in this clip. Concentrated Cannon fire has a devastating effect...
Cannon fire from a Luftwaffe Focke-Wulf Fw 190 shatters the flight deck of a USAAF B-24 Liberator in a textbook head on pass in early 1944 #guncamera
Great title Keith!

It was amazing that the NKVD allowed the Red Army troops to see the magazine, let alone be filmed! Really interesting...
US personnel at a Ukrainian airfield during Operation Frantic in 1944 leaf through an edition of "Yank" magazine with a pair of Soviet soldiers in the shade of a B-17. In spite of a presumed language barrier it appears that they eventually find some common ground
And listen...
I could watch these beauties all day. ✈️
