The Calgary Endoscopic Spine Surgery Program was featured in @yyc_health’s Breakthroughs Magazine last fall. Since our first case in Jan 20th, more than 30 patients have benefitted from endoscopy. We are on track to helping up to 80-100 patients this year!

Had a great time presenting on Spinal Endoscopy at the @CNSFNeuroLinks Conference #CNSF2025 in beautiful Ottawa 🇨🇦. The interest around spinal endoscopy in Canada was unparalleled!

How do you facilitate the resection of an intradural component of a nerve sheath tumour? Valsalva manoeuvre to 40cmH20, using CSF pressure to "pop" out the tumour. Ultrasound shows complete resection of intradural component.
