Pyloric gland adenomas can be found where pyloric metaplasia is found. This one is from the gastric body. These lesions harbor GNAS mutations. Note the closely packed tubules.

Endocrine Mucin Producing Sweat Gland Carcinoma (EMPSCG) -The closer you look, the LESS innocent it looks. -A rare skin tumor, mostly occurs around eye, often misdiagnosed as Chalazion. -INSM1+, Synaptophysin+, ER+, PR + and P63 is lost when becomes malignant. #Mhpathology #CWRU
