OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING Saint Paul police officers were involved in a shooting just after 12:30 p.m. in the area of Maryland Avenue East and Clarence Street. No officers were injured. The @MnDPS_BCA will be conducting the investigation related to this incident. Watch here…
