These two were, quite simply, brilliant.

@teacherhead is magnificent in surveying the practical wisdom of Rosenshine's Principles: common sense not commonly applied. His gritty examples, humorously recounted, really get the points home, by-passing the snottiness of those who think they are beyond such daily problems.
