Asking the police to remove people you disagree with is downright unconstitutional! Good on the police for refusing to do it.
13/ The Tolleson Police Chief told JLAC that TUHSD staff asked the police to remove members of the public they did not want to speak during public comment. The police smartly refused this request.
The broker would’ve definitely had record of it had they signed an agreement hiring them, and definitely would’ve produced it had there been one. Nothing was there.
14/ TUHSD Superintendent Calles asked the Tolleson City Manager to accept an additional $85,000 for a land purchase so that these funds could be used to pay a specific broker that TUHSD had not hired in the transaction. “It would be cleaner for me.” The city refused. 👇

This looks like self dealing. Getting contracts from the district he was superintendent of to his company. No bidding for the best price. If his company wanted to submit a bid he should’ve recused himself from the purchasing process entirely, or not be allowed to bid.
3/ TUHSD Superintendent Jeremy Calles admitted that he made it known to Isaac Elementary that his consulting firm was under a cooperative contract and directly solicited business from the school district, which later led to a purchase order. 👇
What a joke! I love when military planes fly over! I always look up and try and see what it is. If it’s a helicopter I try and guess what it is by the sound before looking. Reminds me of the good ol days in the Army. Seattle sucks.
