Where does it say "in its early years"? The company was incorporated only on 9 July 2015 less than 4 months before the Court of Session opinion in Rangers.

Spot on @keithmgordon I was advised to enter umbrella by accountant due to vagueness of IR35. I took home same amount as under PSC. Declared on annual tax returns and didn't hear anything from HMRC until 5 yrs later at which point I stopped.
