Josh Shapiro thinks staying silent will get him to the White House. But when the left embraces antisemitism, trashes the police, and drives cities into the ground—he will have to speak up eventually. My op-ed: triblive.com/opinion/stacy-…
For those still keeping score, it's now 174 Tiktoks...and 0 state budget.
Since @GovernorShapiro decided social media fame was more important than delivering a timely state budget, we looked at where his time is being spent: 162 new TikToks. Cringey? Yes. A waste of taxpayer dollars? Absolutely. A good reason for a late state budget? Definitely not.
Last time Shapiro used the state plane to fly out for a talk show he said, without irony: “I’m not an expert in the D.C. stuff, I try and stay as far away from that as I can. I live in the real world in Pennsylvania, where we have to balance budgets” 🤣 lancasteronline.com/opinion/column…
per @brianstelter, PA Gov. Josh Shapiro, and potential 2028 candidate, will be on Colbert tonight.
$3 million a year, 21 staffers - 12 of which make six figures a year - with some earning as much as $190,000 annually. Why in the world are we paying for this?! Read more about Shapiro's taxpayer-funded Tiktok team below: buff.ly/o2dvIIJ
🚨🚨@GovernorShapiro's $900k social media team is just the start. He’s spending $3 MILLION a year of YOUR tax dollars on a 21-person comms team—a self-promo machine for his political ambitions. Watch below and ask yourself: is this really helping our state?

Everything is about Pennsylvania Avenue. Pennsylvania is just a means to an end for Job Jumping Josh, who has never finished a single job for which he's been elected. Always looking for the next gig!
Gov. Shapiro is taking time in Nantucket to rub elbows with wealthy donors. @JoshShapiroPA keeps showing he's out of touch with Pennsylvanians by jet-setting with deep-pocketed out of state elites.
So if 5 Democrat senators voted for the bill, are they “extremists” too, Gov?👀 You’re not on the fence—you’re hiding. Time to tell women and families across PA where you really stand. Or is this your final answer?

Having reviewed @GovernorShapiro tweets, every single one in the past two weeks touts how awesome he is, or how evil Republicans want people to die. None of them provides information for constituents, it's all taxpayer-funding partisan politics.
"In total, Shapiro’s communications, press, and social media staff cost taxpayers nearly $3 million per year. Twelve of these staffers make more than $100,000 per year, with some earning as much as $190,000." buff.ly/o2dvIIJ
It looks like @JoshShapiroPA will be in Avalon as well. But that's (D)ifferent.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Avalon in New Jersey? Why are you directing travel & tourism away from Pennsylvania?

More spending on a broken system? That's not fiscal responsibility, Governor Shapiro. That's recklessness. Reforms like work requirements for able-bodied adults and more frequent eligibility checks would reduce waste, fraud, and abuse while ensuring those who need help, get it.

Pennsylvania spends over $23K per student on public school funding—yet thousands can’t read on grade level. It’s not underfunding. It’s funding a broken system. 📚💸
Josh Shapiro’s in Nantucket this weekend. If you’ve got $10,000 to burn, you can get to say hi. The rest of us are in Pennsylvania—juggling bills and buying back-to-school supplies, not steak and wine on the Cape.

The vast majority that JJ is referring to won’t be affected at all. The people that will be affected are the people that don’t actually need welfare. Welfare benefits are supposed to be a safety net for the most vulnerable and those in temporary needs. It’s not intended to…
The vast majority of these people are working or disabled or caregiving and PA is going to lose tens of billions of funding no matter what. Still going to have to cut benefits to cover funding losses. You know districts like your’s will suffer most. You just don’t care?
