The very first paper from DANFLU-2 - the largest individually randomized influenza vaccine RCT ever conducted – is officially out in @JAMA_current: An RCT embedded into the recruitment phase testing the impact of recruitment letter design and color scheme. ja.ma/3Gfixqa
We randomized almost 1 million >65 yo to receive 1 of 3 different recruitment letter formats with 1 of 3 different color schemes in a 3x3 factorial design. Primary outcome: enrollment in the trial.
