Tonight is last day of California State Fair in Sacramento. A 171 year old tradition but obsolete. Weather was cool when it's often over 100 degrees. Beer is $18. You can buy far better food from a local food truck for half the price. Yet tradition continues.

We had the TYR Future Champs swimming competition here in Sacramento in outdoor Olympic pool near my house. Amazing young athletes. Truly inspiring. 3 days of competition.
