Support/professional service staff in universities have seen their real pay consistently cut-this year's national pay offer of only 1.4% is an example. When the national pay spine does not offer a real living wage, 13% for some of the highest paid is unjustifiable. #FundOurFuture

Another year, another below inflation pay rise and thus a real terms pay cut! Our pay is also rapidly being left behind by the public sector. The current HE funding model is broken and can’t last. It’s bad for workers and bad for students. We need real change, right now!
