Zero, made by Wily, and X, made by Light. The friendship between them feels both beautiful and bittersweet to me.
He very much had noble qualities along with high expectations for robotkind, but drowned out by his resentment and envy of Light on his later years. Zero was pretty much the culmination of his ideals. A shame he also had to be a carrier of Wily’s lingering hatred over centuries.
