I have put my name to this reasoned amendment that declines to pass the government’s welfare reforms. Even if the promised changes are made, over 400,000 disabled people will be denied PIP from next year, even though they would currently qualify. The bill should be withdrawn.

I'm delighted the Government has accepted one of my proposals for the Employment Rights Bill. Labour is extending the time employees have to lodge an industrial tribunal case to 6 months from the incident. One small yet impactful change within Labour's transformational plans.
