26 Federal Plaza is not a courthouse. It's an abduction trap—and a makeshift jail where asylum seekers are held for days in overcrowded, unsanitary conditions on the 10th floor. @nycpa and I are demanding an investigation into whether this de facto jail violates zoning laws.
