Collaborating with our 🇦🇺 colleagues ✈️🌏 to understand the impact of disease monitoring in pregnant IBD pts. Bottom line ✅ sub-clinical disease activity on IUS into the 2nd trimester is associated with adverse outcomes and if you 👀🔦 it, you should alter your Tx strategy.
