More Salmon… I think we eat it four times a week. This time I broiled it with s&p and evoo then topped it with shallot, lemon zest , herb butter. Served on top of Arugula with oven roasted king oyster mushrooms and fresh chives with my evoo dressing. Pinson Chablis was perfect!

It was the first wine I ever commercially bottled in 1981 along with a Chardonnay. I love Zin but it went the wrong way for many years
I haven’t had a Zin in over 25 years. From what I remember they were all over ripe, but I’m sure things have evolved since way back then.
Friday night treats. Love the weekend. Nothing like a full bodied Zin that’s not over ripe. Great food wine

Our spring bottlings. They were very fun to taste over the last week. The first OVZ since 2017 and the first Napa Cab since 1998 Stagecoach Vineyard. Very excited about them.

We didn’t have Meursault @NickAnt12345 but not too shabby for 17 days in the bottle.
This wine is on its way to Denmark. They wanted 250 cases and the bottling was 253 cases so we got a few to try. @JojoRussellvine gave me the biggest compliment when she said it was like a Chablis.
