Update: THANKS MARYLAND State vehicle emissions tests, on July 1, increased from $14 to $30. My annual vehicle registration increased from $161.50/year to $191.50/year. I now pay $413 every two years (+22%) for one vehicle. AND Marylanders pay a 47/cent gas tax (7th highest)
