NEEDED HISTORY: It's been 10 years since my first book, Capital Murder, was released. AND Harrisburg, PA is still the ONLY capital city in U.S. history to file for bankruptcy. What did Harrisburg do wrong? How did it bankrupt itself? Get a copy, here. amazon.com/Capital-Murder…
The Maryland Judiciary MISLED Fox45. We were told by the Judiciary that it would produce public records we requested. We even got a date of July 4 for delivery. That was NOT TRUE. There are no records. Government should not mislead the public. Link foxbaltimore.com/news/project-b…
QUESTION: In JUNE, Maryland’s workforce decreased by 8,500 total jobs. In JULY, massive tax/fee increases took effect to fill a huge budget deficit created by overspending in Annapolis. In AUGUST, what will we learn? Will jobs come back or will Maryland lose more jobs?
HERE WE GO: We told the Maryland Judiciary if we don't get the public information we requested by August 7th, Fox45 News will consider a lawsuit. We sued Baltimore City Schools in 2017 over public records and won. Will we have to do it again? Link: foxbaltimore.com/news/project-b…
A spokesperson for Baltimore County government called me to say no announcement is planned for tomorrow regarding the Inspector General position.
Just received this from Baltimore County government source regarding pending Inspector General decision: “Klausmeier will announce her IG nominee tomorrow and it is not Madigan. Council will vote on the appointment on 7/29. An “only Kelly” rally is being planned. None of the…

The battle continues between Maryland lawmakers and law enforcement. Who should the state prioritize, juvenile victims or juvenile criminals? Right now, many say the state gives far more rights/help to criminals than victims. Link: foxbaltimore.com/news/project-b…
QUESTION In Maryland, juveniles must be 13 or older to be charged with many crimes, including fourth-degree sex offense. Where does that leave the victims of those crimes? It appears the state has sided w/ alleged sex offenders over their victims. LINK foxbaltimore.com/news/project-b…
Who is more important, the alleged victim or the juvenile criminal? In Maryland, in many instances, the state appears to prioritize the criminal. What are your thoughts?

For a state that doesn’t have enough money and had to raise taxes/fees this year by $1.6 BILLION to balance the budget, does this makes sense to you?
Maryland has two boards that oversee public education in the state: The Maryland State Board of Education and the Accountability and Implementation Board. But each comes with a cost and now some are questioning if it's necessary to have both in a state that is facing a budget…
This is what happens when lawmakers in Maryland prioritize potential criminals over their alleged victims. And those alleged victims are starting to come forward.
Julie Wilson sits at her dining room table reading from a peace order she filed on behalf of her daughter. The 12-year-old says she was sexually assaulted at her middle school by another student. Wilson wants to file fourth degree sex assault charges. She’s gone to the…
Our battle with the Maryland Judiciary continues. It’s been 181 DAYS since Project Baltimore requested records that impacts the safety of your child’s school. We still have not received the documents. This is NOT how government should work. LINK: foxbaltimore.com/news/project-b…
QUESTION: Maryland is becoming a very expensive place to live. On July 1, to fill budget deficits, $1.6 BILLION worth of new taxes/fees took effect. So, why are taxpayers spending millions on two state boards which oversee public education? LINK: foxbaltimore.com/news/project-b…
