I wrote this page reasonableaccess.org.uk/resources/asse… for @Reas_Access about challenging disability access refusals. A lot is relevant to trans discrim challenge including planning, evidence-gathering, risks and safety considerations.

#Undeserving_poor as promoted by @mariecurieuk. Many never get to pay income tax such as lifelong care-givers, homemakers or #disabled people denied employment. Are they less deserving of help or care than tax payers as they approach their final stages of life?

The blind man I was meeting tried to get off the bus at the Chiswick High Rd stop he used before the cycle lane was built. The bus was second at the stop. He became disoriented and ended up walking into the carriageway. He has stopped using this bus stop.

#Hackney is often impassable, esp for #disabled pedestrians, due to @limebike, eg Mare St, 4:30pm yesterday. With no signage or Freephone number, it's impossible to report on these obstructions. Time to rid this blight from our streets? @mayorofhackney @Bradbao @RNIB_campaigns
