If you are comparing AOC to *Ritchie Torres* on the issue of support for Palestine, you have completely lost the plot, are living in an alternate reality, and you should be ignored in perpetuity.
The Boogie Down Liberation Front sent me this statement: “The Bronx is sick and tired of people like AOC and Ritchie Torres using us as a stepping stone for their own political careers.”
I don’t think anyone talks enough about how insane it is that republicans can talk like this in a swing state and still be competitive. I can’t imagine a Dem talking like this about republicans, there would be round the clock press coverage about how dems hate “real Americans”
I'm in.
What makes AIPAC such an effective right-wing ratfucking scheme is that it purposely weakens the Democratic Party by putting uncharismatic hacks like this into office, making sure that Democrats remain an unpopular party that appeals to no one.
I am encouraged to see Israel expanding humanitarian access to help civilians in Gaza. The UN and other international agencies must ensure that humanitarian aid in their possession on the Gaza side of the border is getting to those in need without delay. We must also continue…
I’ve technically “ran” in a few elections but it took until 2025 to finally win! - middle school treasurer (lost) - ADEM 2021 (lost by a lot) - ADEM 2023 (lost by 1 vote lol) - Alameda Co. Dem Central Committee (lost, still got 6,613 votes) - ADEM 2025 (finally won)

Yea I’m sure Kamala paid Al Sharpton $600,000 to endorse the Democratic nominee
President Trump says he wants former Vice President Kamala Harris and various celebrities prosecuted for paying and receiving money for endorsements, but no such endorsement payments took place for Oprah Winfrey and Beyoncé. Under federal law, the Kamala Harris campaign had to…
What Texas is doing is horrible, however, they convert all of their submissions into these maps with neat graphics. They are going to draw their own gerrymander anyway, so might as well submit a map to them to get these nice maps

Is it incoherent though? She is pro-Palestine because she is pro-humans-not-dying. The iron dome protects citizens who, regardless of their views, are not participating in the genocide, and it protects Palestinians living in Israel too I think it’s coherent, is that wrong?
My very hot take on this: The reason people can't comprehend AOC's moves on I/P is because they think she's making 4D chess moves for her career when in actuality she just has legitimately incoherent views on an issue it's been obvious since 2018 she doesn't want to think about.
Marjorie Taylor Greene’s amendment does nothing to cut off offensive aid to Israel nor end the flow of US munitions being used in Gaza. Of course I voted against it. What it does do is cut off defensive Iron Dome capacities while allowing the actual bombs killing Palestinians to…
Wow who would have thought that electing a rapist would have complicated the release of the Epstein Files?
1-in-5 constituents in your district are using the same Medicaid you just voted to gut
The Hamas Caucus is upset. Boo hoo. I guess they weren't listening when I said the Hebrew Hammer was coming.
My favorite one is, technically, I survived a plane crash

This is kind of amazing given his growing-national profile. Don’t know if it translates if he runs for higher office, but this seems like a great start
A Morning Consult survey found that @AndyBeshearKY has a net approval rating of +43. Sixty-eight percent of Kentuckians view him favorably, while only 25 percent give him negative marks. newsweek.com/andy-beshear-c…
On July 4, 1776, Americans said: No to Kings, No to Despotism. On July 4, 2025, all across the country, Americans say again: No to Kings, No to Despotism.
Hot take: maybe we shouldn’t trust the person who has a net worth of -$60M in making any financial decisions for our country. I’m *shocked* the guy who’s racked up >$60M in debt is gonna add to the deficit while cutting services to the vast majority of his district
🚨NEW: Rep. David Valadao (R-CA) has voted to advance Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” with deep cuts to Medicaid. 65,140 of his constituents - OVER 60 PERCENT - are insured by Medicaid. RETWEET to let @RepDavidValadao’s constituents know he voted to cut their care!
This is an insane amount of people, but what is typical through a campaign?

This Senator - who represents a state whose population is smaller than the city of Albuquerque - sold out the rest of our country. She tried to get her 750,000 constituents a special deal. Meanwhile, she screwed over 350,000,000 other Americans.
“I’m paying nearly $50k/year to not go into crippling debt if I don’t want to die” and you’re still not getting how screwed up our healthcare system is.
I pay $30,780.00 a year for health insurance, with a max out of pocket of $18,500.00 (not including copays at the counter), for the missus and I, so you'll have to excuse me if I seem unmoved that you're losing your free healthcare, that somehow I also pay for.
