The OPERA paper is published in Cell Genomics! The OPERA method integrates GWAS and xQTL summary statistics across multiple omics levels. Findings reveal that 50% of GWAS signals are shared with at least one xQTL signal. cell.com/cell-genomics/… @YangWu20 @JianZengR @Westlake_Uni

Our new method for gene-based test (mBAT-combo) is now published in @AJHG. This method is more powerful in the presence of masking effect, which is found common in genes for complex traits in our study. Proud of @Ang_Li_19 who led the work! cell.com/ajhg/fulltext/…
