Justice does require courage. Unfortunately, courage does not exist in this administration.

Any meeting between Blanche, DOJ, or any other Trump representative, on the one hand, and Ghislaine Maxwell and her attorneys or other representatives, on the other, should be audiovisually recorded. Full stop.

The administration keep's trying to calm the waters with semi dramatic statements like this. But they also just raise questions. Like: The DoJ didn't talk to Maxwell before putting out a memo that there was nothing more to the Epstein matter?

So we're supposed to obediently stand by while largely unidentifiable, well-armed people snatch folks off the street without warrants, sometimes quite violently, but we're not supposed to note how similar that is to Nazi Germany. Got it.

Evangelicals at large have told Katie Johnson and many others that it doesn't matter that they were raped. It's more important to have Trump as their POTUS than to care about them having been assaulted. Let that sink in.

Bondi promised a "full and complete" review of the Epstein files (and she already had his "list of contacts") for the sake of "transparency." Then there's a frenetic search of documents in March, with instructions to tag all mentions of Trump. Then no transparency. Then coverup.

Now the Trump DOJ is rushing to meet with Ghislaine Maxwell to try to find out what she knows. Not suspicious as all.
