The recent Supreme Court ruling bears zero resemblance to s28, which was wildly misinterpreted as a ban on talking about anything to do with LGB people. Secondly, Labour are merely agreeing with the correct, common sense decision, not passing legislation.
I know a lot of LGBTI+ people who have told me that because of Section 28 , they'll never vote Tory. I think many more will now be thinking the same way about @UKLabour
