When I first got interested in #MMA, back in the days when the Japanese grocery store was the place to find Pancrase, my favorite was @frankshamrock. The fun thing about the modern martial arts revolution was that you could watch geniuses like Frank invent a style in real time.

One of the few good things about globalization is that I was able to recieved this book yesterday in a small town from a small country called Catalunya. I'm halfway through it, and it's turning out to be an incredible read.Congratulations to @philaschneider and everyone involved!
