The #Phillies have signed Murray State slugger Jonathan Hogart per @TheAdamBWells. Hogart hit 22 HRs and posted a 1.146 OPS playing for a Racers team that made it to Omaha. Teammates with Philadelphia's 11th rounder Will Vierling.
