the kids who were reading inappropriate fanfics way before they were supposed to are the ones who grew up to be adults who healthily engage in fandom culture, unlike most people who got into fandom later in their life

i went to a&e with severe chest pain and was sent away by a male doctor who immediately marked me down as a hysterical girl because i had anxiety on my record. he kept telling me it was health anxiety when i was repeatedly saying that i’ve NEVER had health anxiety in my life.

if i was a young woman considering an abortion, i’d feel ashamed and upset after today’s #Eastenders. time and time again women on this show are talked out of abortions or shamed for them. terrible messaging about gay parents too. using a teenage girl as a means to have a baby?

horrible message about abortion. if i was a pregnant teenager watching this - id feel ashamed to be considering abortion. is that really what they want to accomplish????

suki shouldn’t get to use her granddaughter as an incubator for a do over. she has had several chances and quite frankly she’s proven she’s a horrible mother. i feel sick that yet again a young woman on the show is being talked out of an abortion. what a message to send.
