Trauma survivors don't share their story for "attention." Most of the "attention" most survivors have ever received for speaking out has been profoundly negative. If they're taking the risk to share their story, they're doing so hoping it can connect them w/ care, not "likes."
As some of you know, I lost my home and everything in it, which means all of my @petsematarymov artwork and original posters done by artists from around the world are gone! I’m hoping to find some to replace them and start a new collection. Please help if you know where to look.…

It misrepresents God when we tell victims of atrocious, life-changing abuse to simply forgive and forget. Forgiveness of any wrong, let alone a life-shattering one, is never a “just do it” task.

This beautiful person provided some of my sunniest & most magical memories of the 2010s. Happy birthday, @RebeccaShoichet !

It's been a doozy of a week folks. In addition to the devastating fires in SoCal, my friend Mike McFarland underwent emergency surgery to remove a massive brain tumor. It went well, but Mike's got a long road of recovery ahead of him & needs our support ❤️ gofundme.com/f/support-mike…
