10 years ago around this time I walked out on my first wildcat strike action with my colleagues, outsourced cleaners @UoLondon demanding 2 months of unpaid wages. 10 years later we ended outsourcing & I am leading the @IWGBunion - one of the most exciting unions in the countryโ๐ผ

On Saturday, a group of Spanish-speaking members gathered for an empowering day of learning about local social support services and access barriers and exploring gender inclusivity. Participants left with practical tools, valuable insights, and a strengthened sense of community.
Last week IWGB members came together for a 2 day Political Economy course, bringing together foster carers, drivers, couriers, security guards & more to learn about the history of the labour movement, discuss how we can build power in our workplaces, & practice organising skills.
