Friendly tip: If making an offer near $100 to a card in PSA vault, don't do the 99.99 thing. That's a psychological tool to trick buyers not sellers. $100 looks like more to the seller + bumps to the lower fee threshold (13% vs 16%) which is a double win for an extra penny
