Saint. Husband. Dad. Pastor.
Love seeing camp teams work well together. Camp is like a taste of heaven.
Wanting the rapture is not escapism, it’s to want to be with Christ. To be dispensational is to be truly Christ centered.
Dispensationalism has the best framework to support a secure relationship with God.
I am a dispensationalist because: - Because Christ’s ministry was to reconcile us to the Father. - Because God clearly and plainly speaks. - Because God keeps His promises. - Because it’s foundationaly humble. - Because the indwelling of the Spirit is unique to the church.
Knowledge transfer is a lost art. Preservation is key.
To Him I look, while still I run, My never-failing Friend: Finish He will the work begun, And grace in glory end.

A church without involvement in church planting is like a person not involved in evangelism. Without a denomination like a person without a small group. Both are needed. To write off one is to write off the great commission the other is to write off his people. Both are needed.
The strongest argument for credobaptism is that the new covenant community is fully regenerated. To be Christian is to be a part of the new covenant, it is to be regenerated with a heart of flesh, not a heart of stone.
Dear Parents , don't allow your children to be pumped with drugs
I didn’t have Christian not equaling regenerated as an open discussion on my bingo card. 🤦♂️
I stuck with dispensationalism because it has the most sound basis for a secure relationship with God.
Once we move away from authorial intent of Scripture, we become the authority rather than the text. Once we focus on divine authorship over human authorship we undermine the integrity of the divine.
The baffling thing about the anti-dispy barrage and all the strawmen thrown against it, for a significant period of time it was the dispies that held strong other Bible gassing liberals both a century ago and today.
With all the burning of strawmen in name of defeating dispensationalism, I wonder if a carbon tax should be enacted to covey and preterist theologies?
Out of the 2,583 references to Israel in the Bible, 3-4, less than a quarter percent, could (wrongly) redefine by reading one’s theology into the text. Given such a small percentage of total usage, more likely interpretation is that all 2,583 references refer to ethnic Israel.
Why I continue to research, publish, and speak on academic (genuine) dispensationalism. Some of the brightest minds are the most irresponsible critics who are pros in rhetoric but infants in learning their opponents positions. One more added to the list.
Huckabee’s text has absolutely nothing to do with dispensationalism. Name a single, reputable dispy scholar who would affirm your claim (ie, straw man rhetoric). Please educate yourself on what dispensationalism actually teaches, the resources are out there.
