NEW: Researchers have conducted a major survey on paranoia in the UK. They found: - 27% said they somewhat/totally believed someone wanted to hurt them - 27% feel there's a conspiracy against them - 30% said it was hard to stop thinking about people wanting to make them feel bad

👏👏👏 groundbreaking work by @FilippoVarese and colleagues - the first UK trial of EMDR for psychosis, with strong evidence of feasibility and acceptability! Next step will be to evaluate efficacy, with aim of increased access and choice in trauma therapies in psychosis in EI.
⭐️The results of the EASE trial are out! ⭐️ This is the first clinical trial of an ‘EMDR for psychosis’ intervention in people with early psychosis, demonstrating the feasibility and need for a larger-scale trial of this therapeutic approach. cambridge.org/core/journals/…
