Had a vote on the referendum - this 1st prepoll day - in Kawana. Did not see anyone voting 'YES'. The 'NO' leaflet staff outnumbered the 'YES' 5-to-1. Voters were mostly very old, shuffling along with walking sticks or walkers. The staff said this demographic never votes 'YES'.

The tanking 'YES' campaign reminds me so much of the 'safe & effective' campaign - being pushed sooo hard, not that long ago. A lot of the 'YES' people are beginning to blame everything - but the product itself.
Apparently, the 'campaign demographics' categorise me as a 'hard NO' voter, without any hope of persuasion. So, I'll just shrug my shoulders and vote HARD NO.🤔
