Chaining yourself to money, possessions and empty relationships is quite to opposite of freedom and wealth. In fact, you really couldn’t be more poor or controlled with this perspective.
When I was broke I was unhappy. For some reason I thought if I can make enough money I’d be happy. I thought if I had the most beautiful women, the fastest cars, total freedom and knowing I did what everyone else fails to do - that I'd be fulfilled. And I was totally right.
