City Council Member James Gennaro still prefers Eric Adams in the general election, but has rescinded his *endorsement* because neither the mayor or his team ever reached out to confirm his support.
This reluctant endorsement makes James Gennaro the very first elected official to endorse Eric Adams for reelection, as far as I know.
