On May 28, @EROPhiladelphia, along with @USBPChiefYUM, @HSIPhiladelphia and @ATFPhiladelphia arrested Venezuelan illegal alien Luis Enrique Pineda Seijas in Philadelphia. Pineda was identified during an operation and arrested for being unlawfully present in the U.S.

On July 8, @EROPhiladelphia and @DEAPHILADELPHIA arrested Thiago Monteiro Silva, an illegal alien from Brazil. On May 24, Monteiro was arrested by the Philly PD for causing catastrophe, reckless endangerment and fleeing police. ICE detainer was ignored.

On July 8, @ICEgov’s @EROPhiladelphia and @HSIPhiladelphia along with @IRS_CI arrested Jose Antonio Rodriguez Milla in Philadelphia. On March 9, Milla was arrested by the Philadelphia PD and charged with aggravated assault, strangulation and simple assault.

On June 13, @ICEgov’s @EROPhiladelphia and @HSIPhiladelphia with @USBPChiefYUM and @ATFPhiladelphia arrested Eduardo Paez Dadul, an illegal alien and citizen of Colombia, who was previously convicted of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age.

On June 10, @ICEgov’s @EROPhiladelphia, York sub-office, arrested Brenda Cruz-Bosques, a citizen of Mexico, outside her residence in York County. Cruz was previously convicted of retail theft. She will be detained in ICE custody, pending removal proceedings.

On June 10, @ICEgov’s @EROPhiladelphia, arrested criminal alien Thuan Tang, a citizen of Vietnam, with previous convictions for robbery, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering, possession of crack cocaine and retail theft. Tang has a final order of removal.

On June 10, @ICEgov @EROPhiladelphia, @HSIPhiladelphia and @DEAPHILADELPHIA arrested Jose Fernando Caballero-Martinez, a citizen of Honduras, during a targeted enforcement action. Caballero-Martinez will remain in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.

On June 10, @ICEgov @EROPhiladelphia and @USBPChiefYUM arrested Jose Luis Perez Martinez, an illegal alien and citizen of Nicaragua. Perez Martinez will remain in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.

On June 10, @ICEgov @EROPhiladelphia arrested Nikoloz Marjanidze, a citizen of Georgia, during a targeted enforcement action. Marjanidze will remain in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.

On June 10, @ICEgov @EROPhiladelphia and @USBPChiefYUM arrested Jorge Vicente Diaz-Garcia, a citizen of Honduras, who has previously been removed from the U.S. three times. Diaz-Garcia will remain in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.

Ricardo Henriquez-Carmona, a Dominican National, was arrested today by @USMS_Philly and @EROPhiladelphia in the 2900 block of Ruth St. He was wanted for violation of 8 U.S.C. 1326, Reentry After Deportation, and fled onto a roof and into another residence before being captured.

On May 28, @EROPhiladelphia, in collaboration with @HSIPhiladelphia, @DFOBaltimore, @USBPChiefYUM and @FBIPhiladelphia, arrested Dominican illegal alien Warlin De Jesus Arnaud-Salcedo in Philadelphia. He was previously deported in 2016 and re-entered the U.S. unlawfully.

On May 27, ICE @EROPhiladelphia along with @USBPChiefYUM, @HSIPhiladelphia and @ATFPhiladelphia, arrested Edwin Aroldo Esteban-Cordon, a 33 year-old Guatemalan citizen. He was previously removed from the U.S. and will remain in ICE custody pending removal.

On May 10, @EROPhiladelphia arrested illegal alien from Guatemala, Celso Feliciano-Juarez, 43, in Chester City, PA. Feliciano-Juarez was previously convicted of Driving Under the Influence and is an alien who entered the U.S. without authorization.
