After days of negotiations, Nino DaSilvio is now in custody. DaSilvio, accompanied by his attorney and family members, surrendered to @USMS_Philly investigators at 400 N. Broad St. DaSilvio was charged by @PhillyPolice for his role in a July 5th mass shooting in South Phila.

8 people were shot in a mass shooting on July 5 at the 7elements Lounge. Nino DaSilvio, 22, has now been charged with aggravated assault and weapons possession. @USMS_Philly and @PhillyPolice now seek DaSilvio who is 5'11, 150 pounds. Tips to USMS at 1-866-865-TIPS(8477).

On July 14, Warminster Police charged Khair Mathis, 30, with unlawful contact with minor, statutory sex assault, dissemination of child sex acts, and child pornography. This afternoon @USMS_Philly arrested Mathis after a traffic stop in the 100 block of S. 20th St. in Phila.

On May 19, a deceased infant was found in the 1200 block of Lakeshore Drive in Camden, NJ. On July 11, Ebony Gee, 35, was charged with desecration of human remains and witness tampering. Today @USMS_Philly and @PhillyPolice homicide arrested Gee in the 5400 block of Webster St.

On June 27th, Phu Nguyen, 35, displayed a firearm and robbed the Bank of Princeton in Voorhees Township, NJ. A warrant for robbery and weapon possession was issued July 1. This morning @USMS_Philly and Horsham Police Officers arrested Nguyen in the 200 block of Easton Road.

On Feb 22, Franche Bundy, 36, was injured during an attempted escape at the Kintock Group and then fled from Temple Hospital while being treated for injuries. @USMS_Philly and @CorrectionsPA seek Bundy who is 5'5", 140 pds and frequents Broad and Lehigh. Tips to 1-866-865-8477.

Murder fugitive Gerelys Sanchez-Reyes has been arrested in Madrid, Spain, based on info provided by @USMS_Philly. A warrant had been issued for the stabbing death of a 21-year-old woman found stuffed inside a futon on April 5. She currently awaits extradition back to the U.S.

After 3 years on the run @PhillyPolice murder fugitive, Malik Williams, has been arrested. Williams was apprehended in Atlanta GA by members of the USMS Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force. He was wanted for a June 17, 2022 murder by firearm in the 600 block of Brooklyn St.

@USMS_Philly has apprehended another "Philly Most Wanted" homicide fugitive. This morning Khalil Ausborne was arrested in the 1800 block of S. Cecil St. He was charged with the shooting death on a man found in the 3400 block of Germantown Ave on April 11. phillymostwanted.org/default.aspx?a…

Jason Nunez was arrested by @USMS_Philly in the 1900 block of Castor Ave. Nunez was wanted by Warminster Twp. Police for operating a methamphetamine lab that caused an explosion on May 20th, 2024, in the 700 block of Lillian Lane. A warrant was issued for his arrest in October.

Yesterday @USMS_Philly determined Jamal Burkett was mistakenly released from CFCF on May 14. Burkett was previously sentenced to 192 months in federal prison for discharging a firearm at an @PhillyPolice officer in 2022. USMS took him into custody this morning in SW Phila.

Today the USMS Eastern District of PA recognized Administrative Officer, Cheryl Lee, for being awarded the USMS Distinguished Service Award. This is the highest award granted by the Director to an employee to recognize major contributions to the accomplishments of the Agency.

Ricardo Henriquez-Carmona, a Dominican National, was arrested today by @USMS_Philly and @EROPhiladelphia in the 2900 block of Ruth St. He was wanted for violation of 8 U.S.C. 1326, Reentry After Deportation, and fled onto a roof and into another residence before being captured.

The third and final suspect in a violent Bucks County home invasion robbery has been arrested. @USMS_Philly arrested Savean Brown, 26, in the 2500 block of S. Robinson St in Phila. Brown was charged with robbery and related crimes for his role in the Northampton Twp incident.

Murder fugitive Khari Murphy, 26, was on the lam for more than 6 years. Today @USMS_Philly arrested him in the 4300 block of Ridge Rd. in Trainer, PA. Murphy was wanted by @PhillyPolice for fatally shooting a 32-year-old man on the 2600 block of N. Chadwick St. on Sept 14, 2018.

The second suspect in a violent Bucks County home invasion is in custody. Daiquan Savage surrendered to @USMS_Philly deputies shortly after midnight. She was then transported to Northampton Township Police and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail, 10%.

On May 19, Easton resident Brandon Perkins, 36, discharged a firearm multiple times at his wife and juvenile daughter in Wilson Borough, Northampton Co. A warrant for agg assault was issued and @USMS_Philly arrested Perkins today in the 3200 block of Defense Terrace in Phila.

@USMS_Philly arrested Hassan Nelson wanted for a violent April home invasion robbery that occurred in Ivyland Borough, Bucks County. After meeting on a dating website, the victim was pistol-whipped and robbed. Marshals are still seeking Daiquan Savage, 26, from Southwest Phila.
