📢 Our statement on today's (quietly slipped out) Remediation Acceleration Plan update 👇🏽

The Building Safety (Wales) Bill doesn’t address the remediation of existing safety issues identified after Grenfell. Senedd Members have recently raised concerns about the slow progress of remediation.

The very worst thing for cladding/BSA hostage leaseholders about the Labour government is the absolute loss of hope. When anger turns to electoral punishment they will only have themselves to blame.

Our thanks to @SeneddResearch & author. Changing basis of Govt calculations is never a good sign. The only figure that matters is homes remediated & that remains a huge concern in 🏴. Developers only respond to sanctions & laws! Citizens needs before corporations. @EOCS_Official
