Thanks for the summary Ted. It is a very hard task balancing simplicity with accuracy and balancing the needs of payers, policy makers, HCPs and patients. I feel simplicity is key and BMI not ideal but not bad. In my practice I use waist height ratio in those with BMI below 35.
