Robotic 🤖spleen preserving distal pancreatectomy for proximal body WDG1 #PNET @SylvesterCancer. While this was long segment pancreas to dissect off art/vein (you can see spleen a MILE away) we should offer to pts w/ low risk tumors &favorable vascular anatomy *w/ pt permission
